Refund policy

1. General Provisions
At Kitsune Sushi, we strive to provide our customers with the best sushi experience possible. If you are ever not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy to ensure your request is handled quickly and fairly.

2. Refunds

No refunds for food items: Since our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for meals that were delivered correctly.
Refunds for incorrect orders: If your order is incorrect (e.g. wrong items, missing products), please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your delivery. We will offer either a refund or a replacement.
Refunds for delivery issues: In the event of significant delays or problems with delivery (e.g. over 90 minutes delay), you have the right to request a refund or a credit toward your next order.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service via email or phone and provide your order number along with the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
